When is mediation used.

Mediation can be used in any circumstances where two people or organisations (the "parties") have a dispute.
Mediation is effective  just about anywhere where an independent person is needed to help the parties arrive at a solution.

Below are listed examples of the types of dispute where mediation can be very effective. (Mediation can be used in family disputes - divorce, child custody - , but we do not handle these at Five Focus)
